Intensity of Care Packages
Home care packages provide tailored, flexible support, ranging from hourly companionship to 24-hour live-in care, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes. Common types include personal care (bathing, dressing), companionship, specialized dementia/complex care, and post-hospital recovery. Packages are funded via personal funds, council support, or NHS continuing care.
Types of Home Care Packages
Personal Care: Assistance with daily tasks like washing, dressing, and medication management.
Companionship Care: Provides social interaction and support for emotional well-being to prevent loneliness.
Live-in Care: A dedicated carer lives with the individual, providing 24-hour support.
Nursing/Specialist Care: Experienced carers or nurses manage complex health conditions, such as dementia, stroke recovery, or Parkinson’s.
Respite Care: Temporary care designed to give primary caregivers a break, which can be arranged for a few hours or a few weeks.
Overnight Care: Carers are available throughout the night to assist with mobility, toileting, or companionship.
Intensity of Care Packages
Occasional Help: 2–5 hours per week.
Light Support: 5–10 hours per week.
Daily Visits: 10–20 hours per week.
Intensive Care: 20–35+ hours per week.
Continuous Support: Live-in or 24-hour care.
Funding and Arrangement
Local Council Funding: Based on a needs assessment and financial assessment.
Direct Payments: Funding provided directly to the individual to arrange their own care.
NHS Continuing Healthcare: Fully funded care for individuals with serious, ongoing health needs.
Privately Funded: Self-funded care options.
For those recovering from surgery or illness, post-hospital home care packages are also available to support rehabilitation.

Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
